Chicago Style - Crispy Thin Crust
Grabowski’s Pizzeria is an old-school, crowd-pleasing pizzeria serving 100% hand-crafted family-style pizza. We make our own dough and cook our pizzas in an old fashioned rotating oven directly on a stone baking hearth. Our ingredients are carefully sourced with house-made Italian sausage, whole-milk mozzarella, and Stanislaus tomato sauce. Pizzas are offered in 12″ and 16″ pies and are meant to be shared with friends and family. Rounding out the menu are a selection of antipasti, salads, and sandwiches. Bar offerings include Boylan’s soda, Bull and Bush root beer on tap along with several local draft beers, cocktails, and wine. The restaurant mezzanine boasts a row of old-school pinball machines and the wall-mounted televisions are ideal for catching a game.
